Abstract:
This paper continues considering the issues of training students how to make efficient presentations. The previous research examined the ways and didactic technologies of creating effective visual presentation [Belenkova N., Kruse I. Teaching Students How to Make Presentations. Spain, EDULEARN, 2016]. Apparently, discussing any idea or theory with colleagues may improve and develop the original work. No academic or professional discussion and debate can go without visual and verbal presentations. The role of presentations is very high, so it is important to make perfect presentations and it usually takes much time and effort. In the sequence: writing a paper – creating a visual presentation – making a verbal presentation, the last step causes more difficulties for inexperienced speakers.

Consequently, the issues of training skills of making verbal presentation are very topical. The current research concentrates on the problems connected with verbal presentations; shows the findings of the teaching experience, suggests the assignments and tasks that, on the one hand, tend to overcome the practical challenges, and, on the other hand, train the skills of making verbal presentations.
