Abstract:
The theme of our investigation is topical because of globalization in the educational process, students and professors’ high mobility, growing interest to the international higher education of the foreign students, and speeding-up e-learning and online technologies in education.

The main goal of the investigation is to assess the changes in the educational process for the multicultural groups of the Master students that have been taking place for the last five years.

The object of the investigation is the structure of the multicultural groups of the Master students in the Management division at the regional (Siberian) Russian university.

The logic and way of the analyses have the following steps:
1) collecting the official information about the Master students in the English-speaking programs and use dynamics of the number and structure of the students for the period under investigation to further analyses of different aspects of education;
2) analyzing the cultural differences from the international cultural communication theories point of view;
3) analyzing geographical changes for the period and the factors that can influence it such as the global environment, the university’s policy to attract foreign students, the Master programs quality, and the availability of entering the university in general;
4) assessing the results of the students’ progress and its factors;
5) assessing changing the laboriousness of the educational process for both students and teachers, especially during 2020, and the importance of soft-skills in digital learning.

The result of our investigation is the creation of the list of methodological recommendation that pays attention to the following:
1) the number of the foreign students’ growth, especially from Asia and the Middle East;
2) new realities of using a mix of classical and digital techniques in education;
3) new opportunities for the reliable and honest students and hard-working and skilled professors of the university.
