Abstract:
The COVID crisis and the constant technological changes have led to a revolution at the teaching level in all university teachings. This teaching innovation article tries to document the innovation projects that have been launched experimentally in the Managerial and International Managerial Skills subjects along this academic year–2021/22– at its three geographical locations (Cadiz, Jerez and Algeciras). Both subjects pertain to the Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Cadiz, being subjects with eminent practical content. In order to foster a better teaching-learning relationship in the new digital daily challenges for students, the article aims to show the innovation education experience based on four practices:
(1) the use of flipped classroom to facilitate the contents understanding by students, reflected in daily digital test;
(2) the development of a personal branding by student's in networks like LinkedIn as well as the management of their digital footprint through several digital competences;
(3) the reinforcement of their oral and written communication skills at individual and team levels; and
(4) the interaction with a professional environment through a competition dynamic.

The perceptions at the beginning of the project and at the end of the semester will be measured to know whether the project has value for students of the Business & Administration Degree.
