Abstract:
The objective is presenting the importance of technological tools such as Google Suite as an integral part in computer systems. Their main characteristics are evidenced in the set of programs to perform different tasks. The article’s focus is mainly in the education field, specifically, in the Biographical-Narrative Research (BNR) in teacher training. It allows data collection and analysis from a Social Research Methodology (SRM). It also involves the research subject’s knowledge related to their own stories and affective aspects that tell us their own experiences. The interpretation of their facts and their actions through the technological tools are more conclusive and clear to guarantee a wide range of possibilities in terms of conclusions and perspectives related the subjects investigated.

The dynamics of Praxeology Approach (PA) modifies attitudes and behaviors reaching meaningful social transformations. This project offered an interpretative reading of this Approaches’ benefits which strengthen research through training and promotion; finding solutions to social problems through regional faculties and centers; developing the observatory and the platform for social innovation projects; and promoting research centers and groups in different University branches systems nationwide.

Likewise, it developed training processes in research based on the PA for theory and practice. It strengthens our academic community’s research skills. It also trained researchers who were conscious about reality and were able of transforming it through innovative and creative research proposals based on the PA pertinence.

The results obtained were related to the human groups whose specific needs required to be satisfied from this research. The research benefits responded to the faculties’ needs in terms of better clarity and unification of the university approach that has been implemented in all possible scenarios as a great contribution to society and the country since 1992. The research methodology was qualitative, with Interpretive/Hermeneutic, PA and BNR approaches. The latter was developed in three ways: its use, method and object. That is, through narratives, the stories were written; the units of analysis were identified; and the final report was elaborated, which, in general terms, was presented as a macro story.

In this research, some procedures were followed. They allowed the integration of the technological tools as a fundamental part of the data collection, storage and analysis and in the interactions among the sample population and researchers.

The documentary analysis is more than mechanically operationalizing the documents. It needs to be understood interdependently and simultaneously to collect information; and simultaneously the input with sub processes are carried out. The analysis categories were the starting point to carry out the analytical actions. In this type of studies, they usually seek clarity, distinction and accuracy of the information that later is disseminated as contribution to the comprehension of this matter.
