Abstract:
The methodology we expect to show it has been designed for a subject in a university education inside a technique career, dealing with the study of the built buildings where the presence of damages is a determining factor to arrange an intervention proposal to allow the longer building life. So that, the subject tackles the study and diagnosis of the damages (lesions) applied to the built buildings.
The system of learning is based in the development of a project for eight people group. Each group is working in a real fact (case) and they should develop like that. Apart from the technical knowledge they are acquiring with the development of the work, also it is important to foster (promote) other aspects as reflections, discussing and involvement of the students in their own learning process, that’s why they should make a good analyzing of the generic cases checked in the theatrical class lessons, applied in a real case.
This is a methodology we have been following from the establishment of the grade qualifications in which we are giving lessons with very high (good) academic results. As per Benjamin Franklin words: “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”Keywords:
