Abstract:
This is a subject that deals with the study of buildings involved in a disease process. The aim is that students acquire the knowledge and tools to be able to identify the injury suffered by a building, the causes that have caused and make a proposal for intervention to correct them.

The subject has a practical character. It is raised basing learning in explaining and analyzing real cases as have been diagnosed and solved. The aim is to have a feedback nearest student learning.

The project involves the implementation of a new teaching method based on the methodology Flip Teaching. The student will become the protagonists of their own learning. The teacher gives students the content through digital means available and in the classroom proposes activities for the implementation of such knowledge that contribute to improve their learning, providing real-time feedback, resolving any issues that will arise. Finally the results obtained are evaluated.
