Abstract:
Whether it is language apps, virtual tutoring, video conferencing tools, or online learning software, there has been a significant surge in usage since COVID-19. This paper is both a review of the existing web applications that are widely used for the management of educational services and also an introduction to CountMe - a new solution developed in-house which aims to meet the requirements of both mentors and students on one side and the government on the other side.
The main challenge faced by mentors was the needed fast track for adopting digital pedagogy skills and collaborative learning programs, while the main challenge for the government was to place above the ground activities like these which were usually undeclared.
Therefore, this paper aims at introducing CountMe platform for financial transparency of the mentors, for enhancing students’ access to academic coaching and resources and for helping faculty acquire rapidly new instructional skills important to their professional growth and development. Keywords:
