Abstract:
Introduction:
Clinical simulation (CS) is a methodology that allows people experience a representation of an event real health care in order to practice, learn, evaluate, test or understand systems or actions human. The diferents stages of a simulation besed activiti are “prebriefing”, “briefing”, “introduction”, “orientation” and then “debriefing”. The concept of “prebriefing” emphasizes research in CS.

Methodology:
Students of the Kinesitherapy subject of the Physiotherapy Degree of the University of Murcia were informed previously their CS about the patient medical history the will have to develop in practice time. This medical history included some terminology or test unknown to the students.

Objective:
The student must, through research, know, understand and apply the knowledge of the structure and function of the normal human body as well as the changes that occur in it as a result of age, disabilities, diseases or syndromes and injuries, as well as the repercussions that physiotherapeutic actions have on them.
In addition, thanks to their research, the student must assess the functional status of the patient / user, considering the physical, psychological and social aspects of it, and know how to properly apply the manual and instrumental methods and procedures to perform tests and measurements whose utility is demonstrated for the assessment in physiotherapy.

Conclusion:
“Prebriefing” must be used as a tool previous to CS, where the student is able to acquire the previous knowledge that will ensure the practice in a safe environment.
