Abstract:
Introduction:
Clinical simulation (CS) is a methodology that allows people experience a representation of an event real health care in order to practice, learn, evaluate, test or understand systems or actions human. Due to technological advances, this environment allows for accurate simulation. This gives students or healthcare professions an opportunity to learn from hands-on experience without putting actual patients at risk. Likewise, simulations afford instructors a clear picture of students ability levels and healthcare professionals a protected environment in which they can perfect their skills.

Methodology:
Students of the Kinesitherapy subject of the Physiotherapy Degree of the University of Murcia were enrolled voluntarily in this practice and the principal objetive was Identify the role of the professional physiotherapist in the sports field. Identify the alterations derived from sports practice and apply specific therapeutic interventions from the field of Physiotherapy.

Results:
68 of 78 (87%) students went voluntarily to this practice. It seems that works in a protected environment and the fact of not being evaluated gives them security and let work without pressure.

Conclusion:
The fact of using CS as a staging tool for the healthcare professional, in this case the physiotherapist, allows us to assess the professionals within the own competences of each subject. The use of CS get to suppress conventional exams since it is much closer to reality, and make students feel stressed.
