The results of the study:
On the example of the experience of one of the regions of Russia - the Perm Territory, the activity of secondary general education institutions on the organization of training of pupils of senior classes in the conditions of transition to an individual approach is analyzed. One of the most important ways to organize this activity is constant tutor support. The degree of development of educational independence, initiative, the responsibility of students, the degree of mastering their competences (extra-curricular and subject-related), social experience, individual progress of the student, preserving the health of students, and other characteristics are the results of individualisation activities.

Today, the quality of educational programs and the content of educational and methodological documents are poorly evaluated or not evaluated at all. To organize a monitoring system, it is necessary to observe the following steps:
1. Organizational step.
2. Research stage.
3. Analytical stage.
4. Reporting and informational stage.

Indicators that collect data are key monitoring tools and a basis for decision making.
