Abstract:
The Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic, through the Cultural and Educational Grant Agency (CEGA), supports research and educational activities at universities. The Department of Technology and Information Technologies of the Faculty of Education, University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, received a grant from this agency for the project Electronic educational modules for measuring factors of the working environment. The department prepares future safety technicians within the bachelor's study Safety and health protection at work, who should know the legislative framework for determining the factors of the working environment (microclimatic values, CO and CO2 content, etc.), measuring instruments and the correct methodology for measuring the variables. The specific measurement methodology is precisely defined in the relevant technical standards or decrees of the ministry. For this reason, the goals of the project are to create electronic educational modules that will allow students to prepare for the measurement of environmental factors and then measure these factors, in accordance with the methodology and relevant technical standards. Electronic educational modules are included in e-learning courses and are used in the subjects Measurement and measuring instruments and Basics of metrology. The aim of the paper is to present the results of measurements of selected factors of the work environment, which were measured by students in school facilities. The results are processed through descriptive statistics and graphs and evaluated from the point of view of valid legislation in Slovakia.
