The curriculum change can only be done prior to the academic year for which it is designed so that the validation of the Senate of the University of Oradea be obtained no later than September of the previous academic year. The faculties also determine their own regulations, the matriculation of the students, compulsory and optional disciplines from the curricula. The registration for these courses is done through the Annual Study Contract between faculty dean and student.
Also, the student is free to choose and optional courses in the curriculum, respecting the conditions. Students will choose, by written requested, and optional subjects until the last week of the previous academic year teaching activity. The first year students will enroll for these classes in the first week of the first semester of the year
This paper aims to highlight how students from different years of study of various specializations choose their optional and requested disciplines but also the analyse of how they are informed of the possibility of choosing optional subjects in the packages offered by faculty where they are enrolled.
