Abstract:
Training specialists and online training in particular can be more effective provided university networking cooperation is developed; in this case the learning process is optimized by using the resources available at universities.The network approach to teaching is based on the intersection of computer science, sociology, bibliography and other sciences.The network form of training is the opportunity for the learner to master an educational program using the resources of several organizations engaged in educational activities, it is also possible to use the resources of organizations not related to education, in particular scientific,medical, sports and cultural institutions and other organizations that have necessary training resources.The network community provides an opportunity to solve problems on mutually beneficial terms reducing costs due to the exchange of resources.

In its broad meaning university networking cooperation is a system of links enabling to develop, test and offer the contents of training courses, innovative models of the contents of education and management of the education system. Narrowly, networking cooperation is the activity aimed at joint use of information, innovative and methodological, human, material and technical resources.

In networking cooperation there are a least two participants interested in solving overall problem and possessing necessary resources.

In education networking cooperation is based on the principles of unity of purpose and activity, systematic, voluntary connections and relationships in the network, independence and leadership of its members, flexibility and openness of the network structure. Traditional forms of networking are seminars, round tables, conferences, discussions, and experience exchange meetings.

Modern networking cooperation takes on new features and forms associated with the development of information technology. The article determines the challenges facing networking cooperation in the domain of online professional education.
