Abstract:

It is intended to work as an active learning environment for undergraduate students. The students defined the association’s mission as follows: “to spread ethics in the Faculty of Economics (University of València) and to raise awareness among the students about responsible behavior, that are the foundations of well being and sustainable development”.
The article revises the organization of a cycle of academic and cultural dissemination activities including conferences, workshops and ludic events around ethics. It’s presented as an innovative way of attracting bachelor students and members of the academic community to jointly reflect on the theoretical framework behind ethics and its importance nowadays; applying it to everyday situations, both in the professional and the private sphere. Its value as active teaching tool is that it has been designed by students and its implementation is driven through a meticulous and non-intrusive following-up by a team of trained professors.

Next, interest will be focused on the organizational activities developed by the leader team of students and the way they have become mentors of the next incoming students of the FdE Ethics project.
