Abstract:
Successful development of the company depends not only on the advertising program and availability of necessary material resources; no less important role is the role of staff and the head of the company, as well as healthy corporate culture.

Formation of the suitable corporate culture for the individual enterprise is the challenge, which executives and business owners increasingly began to face.

The need to create a corporate culture primarily dictated by the fact that the common system of values and common vision of goals of all employees to create a unified motion vector, establish communication processes in organizations, support team spirit, create a sense of ownership of employees to the company’s affairs and goals.

The authors of this article propose the definition of corporate culture as atmosphere that prevails in the minds of employees and can have two different sides. It can determine employees’ desire to actively strive for the goal, go forward, and support the initiatives of leadership in every possible way. Or as a negative side it can completely stop the development of the enterprise, making it impossible to achieve any, even the most mediocre of goals; it pushes back rather than forward, forcing you to sabotage even the most reasonable initiative by the top management.

In this regard, extremely relevant is the creation of an atmosphere that will allow the company to actively develop and move forward with all strategies and objectives will be supported by staff.

The aim of this study is to develop and test consulting tool “Heptahedron of corporate culture” that is designed to measure the level of corporate culture and decision-making process, which are necessary for strategic development.

“Heptahedron of corporate culture” is the tool, which is specifically designed to measure the level of health culture and make subsequent management decisions to improve this health. Under the corporate health in this case refers to the presence of 7 characteristics: purpose, interest, freedom, unity, activity, confidence and initiative. Accordingly, the level of health is determined by the degree of presence of each characteristic in the enterprise.

This tool is designed in such a way that top managers in the companies themselves could assess the current level of corporate culture, to interpret the results and to suggest projects to improve the level of culture in the company. The algorithm is attached to the tool; the use of this method for senior managers spells out the advantages and disadvantages of each factor.

This tool will allow users to increase the productivity of the corporate culture, create a motivational atmosphere in the team.

The use of this tool allows the company to consolidate the management of the company, to develop a common vision and understanding of the key issues of the development of the organization, taking into account the already established team to focus on the systematic work, based on active engagement and increase responsibility of employees for their work.
