Innovative technologies and an eternal flow of information are rapidly changing business environment. However, the uncertainty of the business environment despite the progressive development of society and science, is not going to reduce, but also tends to increase. Until the present time, in the business sphere classic management style was dominant; where the decision-making process was based on the methods of uncertainty reduction, made by the greatest possible analysis of all existing facts. Nowadays, in the current dynamic environment when the pace of change is much greater than the ability of scientific analysis, a new approach "from the future to the present" is required.

Moreover, the high level of importance of tactical problems and current issues interfere the company's executives to see the development trends. To help them to solve this problem a business consultant (a specialist in business coaching) is invited. One of the main requirements for this coach is the possession of set of tools for developing strategic business models.

In this regard, strategic business consulting is at the top of the agenda, allowing us to give full play to underlying potential of personnel for long-term development of the company, to increase the motivation for implementing the strategy and lead the management team to understand “how” they should achieve long-term goals.

Taking into account the mentioned above information, the aim of this study is a creation of a complex of consulting tools for the development of company’s strategic business model, which can be used in the digital economy.

Invention of nonlinear strategic business model of self-sustaining organization has both scientific and practical interest. The business model will contain the prevailing mechanisms and methods based on behavioral motivation, multi-level leadership, internal business and conditions for the existence of multiple mental models and processes of reflection will be created.

Key tools in developing an effective strategic business model are open questions used in coaching sessions and rigid circuit elements of the business model. The structure of strategic business model includes such components as market analysis and forecasts, analysis of efficiency of business processes of the company and its competitors, brand management (positioning), forecasting the company's competitiveness in the chosen market, goal setting, strategic decision-making (determining market niches and market share), strategic initiatives and projects.

The advantages of the proposed approach lies in the effectiveness of the implementation of the company's key business process – a system of development and implementation of business development strategy; reducing labor intensity and reducing the time for decision-making of strategic planning and analysis, as well as promoting the breakthrough development of the company and becoming a market leader.
