Abstract:
Nowadays, for effective organization of educational process in business education we should take into account the emotional component of human nature. Any purchase today is done under the influence of emotions. This violates the rules laid down in the course of classical economic theory and management, where a consumer is presented as a rational human. Together with the economic rules, stereotypes of management are crumbling and it is extremely important to take this process into account in business education. It is emotions that should be laid down into basis for new control technologies and confirmation of this is the active development of such areas as drive-management, coaching and emotional intelligence of a company. The aim of this study is to develop training methods to raise emotional intelligence of a company that increases its competitiveness in a globalized economy. Emotional intelligence is as a driver of the company growth, allowing the company to develop effectively in the rapidly changing global economy. It includes a set of constructs of thought and behavior concerning all of contact points of the company both inside and outside it. Under the words "emotion of a company" in this case we understand reaction to external and internal factors that influence its activity. Since emotional intelligence of an enterprise deals as with the internal aspects of the enterprise and with external ones, it is worth to divide them into external and internal elements. The external elements may include marketing strategy, social policy, cooperation with government and some others. The internal emotional intelligence refers corporate culture, internal communications, manufacturing processes, etc. In this case the external and internal sides are interconnected and have a significant influence on each other. Methods of accounting the emotional component in business education and management of emotional intelligence of a company include the following main stages: analysis of actual state of the company, development of measures to increase level of the emotional intelligence, implementation of these measures and monitoring results. It is important to bring to the company some knowledge about possibility and necessity of emotional intelligence management, that will be able to lead the management to a new level. The proof of this thesis is results achieved by such companies like Ideo, Google, Fitch, Amazon, in which emotions were put in the basis of their competitive advantages.
