Abstract:
Currently the enviroment that prevails in computer systems is visual, taking increasingly more interfaces, eye catching and appealing considering as a base this perspective. The student of the major in computer science should know the fundamental elements that serve as a basis for the creation of this type of environments, as well as the various tools available in the market.

The subject of computer graphics provides to the profile of the graduate in computer science capacity to develop and design graphical models that contribute to implementation in various areas such as, web application development and design of intelligent tools that requires the layout of two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects, as well as learn techniques for layout, proper handling and visualization of 2D and 3D elements. The generation and representation of infographic images, involves the reduction of a three-dimensional world to a two-dimensional screen. These 3D to 2D conversion processes should be correctly modeled. In addition, the course aims to student to acquires a formation consisting of the generation of graphics in the face of its subsequent ap-plication in the world of animation and virtual reality.
