ONLINE COURSE PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN THE ALCOHOL AND DRUG AREAS

Abstract:
This exploratory article seeks to demonstrate how the planning process, creation, and development of a distance course, offered by a federal university with resources coming from the Brazilian Government. The course aimed to "enable health professionals to use integrated techniques about the care and treatment of users of alcohol and other drugs" (BRAZIL, 2017). For the production of the course (offer and didactic materials), the university counted on the work of a multidisciplinary team, involving different areas, such as content team, technical-scientific team, instructional design, graphic design, audiovisual, programming and the secretariat of the course. For this offer, the course structure was planned and implemented using the open platform Moodle, space where the moment of the study occurred and the interactions between cristae and teaching institution. Helping the course offer process, we have tutors and mentoring supervisors, as well as technical staff, who were responsible for answering questions from the students and the correction of activities. The course was finally structured in 3 content modules, in addition to activities of final determination and activity containing cases related to the practice of professionals considered the target audience. The main objective of this article is to detail the teams involved, their skills and the flowchart created for the visual management to the the course development, through an experience report. As results, the numerical data of the course and feedbacks of trainees are presented, demonstrating that the development process positively impacts the didactic materials offered in the course.Keywords:
