Abstract:
To determine the explanatory factors behind the adoption of the e-learning within the Moroccan Ministry of National Education, we propose an ideal model whose bases are drawn from the literature regarding the acceptance and use of new technologies as well as the model of Venkatesh which act on the intention of adoption of e-learning.

In this paper we present the results of an explanatory qualitative study which explains the behavior for adopting the e-learning by the professors as are perceived the advantages of the e-learning, the obstacles with the adoption of e-learning and the conditions of success of the adoption of e-learning as a belief that is distinguished by exerting professors who follow a remote training in the field of pedagogical engineering with the device of e-learning (Collab), the exerting teachers who have received a training in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies for Education)and who are not registered yet with the (Collab)orative platform, nor with the persons in charge of the division of distant training in the Moroccan Ministry of National Education.

The qualitative research had as ambition to refine the definition of the concepts and the model of research, also to check the existence of the characteristics made necessary by the theoretical framework.
