Abstract:

In this research we try to determination and investigation of information technology parameters that are effective to web base education. Information technology parameters that we have considered in our research are electronic Leaner Relation Management (e-LRM), Learning Management System (LMS), Networking, Internet, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Business to Leaner (B2L) those are useful to e-learning and web base education. The web base education parameters that we consider in our research are quality of services, quality of education, leaner benefit, integrate learner information, and standardize education processes, learner contact, and electronic management. We design question sheet paper and distributed that to our population. Our statistical population for determines the information technology parameter were student (learner), instructor, professor and the manager of e-learning department of some institutes those have e-learning services. According to the result of our research LMS can apply magic affect to the e-learning growing. LRM helps manager of e-learning department of education institute to using technology and human resources to gain insight into the behaviors of learners and the value of those learners. LMS has more affect on quality of education, and management on e-learning services. EDI allows for the ability to send and receive information at any time thereby tremendously improving an e-learning institute ability to communicate quickly and efficiently. Internet is most effective on World web base education. According to the results networking is very effective on speed up services in web base learning institute. Results of this research can help the managers of education institute to planning for improve their services and presented their education services via the web.
