Abstract:
This paper examines the impact of teaching about the human factor and psychology in computer science related courses content. It discussed the importance of this knowledge for the successful implementation of software projects for future specialists. In addition, specific techniques of software psychology, which should be involved and targeted in the syllabus in the field of computer science, are outlined. The paper proposes a model for upgrading the knowledge and skills of the potentially successful future specialist in the given field. The software is created by individuals with certain physical and mental capacities and different mentality. Researching and taking into account these personality features can improve the organization of work and increase productivity of software developers. On the other hand, knowledge and skills in software psychology would be beneficial in the initial phases of analysis and design and would lead to the development of reliable, efficient and easy to use systems. University education aims at equipping students with skills and knowledge adequate to the business requirements. Therefore, future specialists in the field of computer science should be familiar with the various influences of the human factor in the development of software systems.
