Abstract:
The curriculums are fundamental factors which determine the degree of success or failure of education systems. Given the rate of emerging changes and innovations in educational domain, a corresponding shift in the structure and process of curriculum is inevitable. New E.learning approach has created a major revolution in learning and training systems. In order to make best use of digital revolution in educational domain, a systematic curriculum planning appropriate to E.learning conditions and methods is necessary. Liew (2003) considers learners' characteristics, teaching structures and interactions, as three fundamental factors for effective curriculum design in E.learning environment. In the post-industrial era of the twenty-first century, traditional teaching methods are no longer responsive to ever-increasing demand for E.learning. According to Veler (2002), establishment of effective curriculum content and appropriate opportunities for learning calls for a proper understanding of the E.learning environment. In addition, integration of E.learning capabilities with learning components is essential. This would generate numerous opportunities for improving learning processes. Educational institutions and curriculum developers need to start a new action planning which is flexible, continuous and in line with E.learning changes. The aim of present research is to find application methods appropriate to E.learning in curriculum which is fast spreading globally.
