Abstract:
E-learning in higher education is one of the most important policies that have been implemented in Kuwait higher education system recently to follow the high standard systems in the world. This qualitative study reports the impact of personal factors on instructors’ attitudes toward eLearning system in Kuwait University in relation to instructors’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The TAM model were chosen as framework for the study, TAM model represents a good ground theory for studying the factors that influence the instructor’s attitudes and their attention to use e-learning technology the external factors in this significant influence on the attitudes of the instructor’s regarding the usefulness and ease of use of e-learning technology, some of the important prior factors are listed in TAM research model. Personal factors hypothesis questions were examined using SPSS software. The result found that there are a positive relation between the instructors’ personal factors toward usefulness and ease of use in eLearning system in Kuwait University. Keywords:
