Abstract:
Development of education quality is one of the crucial goals of social development. Quality of education encourages human potential development, economic growth and general quality of citizens’ lives. The trend of development of education quality is very present in European Union.
Self-assessment is one of the basic mechanisms for the development of quality of a University. Systematic self-assessment is an integral part of permanent tracking and development of education quality. It has to become a routine process and an integral part of functioning of education systems. Self-assessment accompanied with external assessment and tracking of students’ performance, presents the most efficient tool for quality propagation.
By recognizing and understanding their own advantages and disadvantages, faculties will be able to recognize their priorities, set their goals and evaluate developed plans. It includes taking responsibility for their own actions and it has strong motivation role.
The aim of the paper is to present the model of self-motivation which is conducted at the Faculty of Management in Novi Sad.Keywords:
