Abstract:

The present research is turned to effective plan for production, transmission and application of appropriate technology for exploitation of natural resource. This research is in applied type and descriptive and it has studied 56 people of experts of department of forest pasture and aquiferous of the country. Sampling is done randomly and simply.
Its way of administration is done by using of questionnaire is done by SPSS software. Studied show that systemic viewpoint is necessary for the production process and transmission of technology, the cultural, sociological, economical conditions and fundamental and supportive facilities are effective departmental factors for production and transmission of technology. Exploiters, researchers, and promoters, should take common decision and there should be permanent and mutual relations among these three parts.Human resource teaching is the most important factor for production and appropriate transmission of technology to exploiters of natural resource .also the rate of exploiters ,promoters and researchers communication to each other ,human resource ,exploiters participation in planning and making policy ,the government viewpoint type to the natural resource and allotment of physical resource (equipment and foundation) and funds are another effective factors for production and appropriate transmission of technology to the exploiters .the gained conclusion of factor analysis explain that in turn the fundamental factors ,the technology elements ,the cooperative factors ,the factors which related to acceptance of technology ,managementfactors ,communicative factors and educative factors ,and process of measuring the requirements are the factors which have the most important role in explaining the effective plan for production ,transmission and application of appropriate technology to the exploiters of natural resource .
