Abstract:
The French law from February 11, 2005 lays down the principle that "all disabled people are entitled to the solidarity of the entire national community, which guarantees them, by virtue of this obligation, access to the fundamental rights recognized for all citizens, as well as the full exercise of their citizenship". It enables disabled people to benefit from their rights to equal treatment, autonomy and full participation in society, and sets the framework for their reception, particularly in training centers.

As part of the Regional Plan in favor of equality between disabled and able-bodied people, the Rhône-Alpes Region has set up an H+ quality charter for welcoming disabled people into training.

Committed to this H+ charter since 2015, our schools facilitate the inclusion of people with learning difficulties and disabilities in training schemes. They enable these people to complete their training under the best possible conditions : to welcome learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to our training centers, to accompany them throughout their training, until they have successfully completed their project, to implement personalized arrangements, pedagogical or logistical, where necessary, to ensure that training runs smoothly, to facilitate post-training orientation and professional integration, to facilitate the mobilization of appropriate resources and external disability stakeholders.

This article, articulated like a case study, will describe the objectives and completion of our approach from 2015 to date.
