Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to make a tour of how it has gone the study of knowledge management over time, and how it can be analyzed in the sectors of education, industrial, services and other fields that have great representation in the processes of an organization; because it is an area of learning and innovation, all this is included in the formation of each of the people, under the influence of knowledge management in the collective welfare. Evidencing that KM models go hand in hand with quality systems in a public university such as the UMNG where it was observed that through the model of Nonaka and Takeuchi we could combine the tactical and explicit knowledge which allows the creation of a new knowledge and a better competitive advantage and position in the market everything is given with the ability that the organization can recognize, create, transform and distribute knowledge must also have a vision according to the theories and findings of the world, where the organization is obliged to conduct research to be able to propose schemes, to the said variables as a consequence of the effective capacities in the industry and is also a starting point for the benefit to society.
