Abstract:
With the implementation of the Bologna System, a key question to the EHEA’s adaptation is the determination of the working time required for the students to get the skills and knowledge planned for the subject. Moreover, it should kept in mind that the evaluation of the students consists of two measures: face-to-face and individual study. One point that should be underlined is that the new technological resources increase the active involvement of students in their own training. On these grounds, this research presents the results of the measurement of the self-reported time spent (estimated in hours) by the students in the different activities (e.g., manual and text consultations, internet use, access to web pages, access to virtual platform) related to the subjects' requirements. These results are analyzed in relation to the subject characteristics and type of subject i.e., basic and applied.
