The bilingual training help students to acquire knowledge for their future job, in these institution students supposed to learn English for those who have French as first language of education and French for those who have English as first language of education (Bassirou, 2012).The objective of this work is to use the representations of the teachers taught the courses and learners of the department of Sciences of Education to show how are tests administrated in this programme, their impact on the process of teaching and learning. The effect of assessment used in the acquisition of French and English. This study will be focused on the complexity of the preparation and setting of tests by the teachers. And the investigation carried with the teachers and the learners in Maroua will permitted us to really lead our work and to get some conclusions.

Our methodology of collecting data will be questionaire addressed to teachers of the two subjects i.e. French and English,also we will analyse some questions papers which are set to test learners performance.In our work,the focus is on the process of teaching and learning.So both the activities of teachers and learners will be take into account.The way student acquire knowledge may help to guide our study.

Our result will clarify how far the representations will be use to help in the explanation of findings gadered.From the result we expect to show how is the motivation of student in learning of the second language of education,wich of course has a challenge in their future,because they will surely need the two languages since they are the languages of administration.

At the end,we will see what is the position of the languages of instruction,more so during teaching what teachers assess?The type of assessing student in this case could facilitate acquisition of students in language?And we will also analyse the importance of languages in the training of teachers.
