Abstract:
Our current education is increasingly relying on digital technologies and online learning. Trends in education include artificial intelligence and its potential opportunities. This study focuses on the possibilities of predictive models within artificial intelligence. The use of predictive models in education allows educational institutions to better understand student needs and strengths, and accordingly design educational programs. We discuss the importance of Big Data and highlight predictions that inform individuals participating in education about future learning strengths and difficulties. Based on this, we propose a possible system that uses a predictive model specifically focused on predicting mathematics education based on the clustered results of previously students. The model can be universally applied to other subjects based on the breakdown of clusters. It can be said that predictive models based on big data analysis can help identify areas where students need additional support, which can potentially improve educational outcomes. Finally, we suggest guidelines for educators who want to use predictive models in their work, including considerations when designing such models.
