Abstract:
The article presents a study of the inter-institutional interaction of educational and social systems. The study is carried out through an author’s survey concerning questions related to both sides of interaction – what is the established relationship at the present moment, are there effective models of cooperation and coordination between pedagogical specialists and social organizations and what are the most common difficulties and challenges facing inter-institutional interaction.

The purpose of this report is to investigate the quality of the interaction model; with the growing need for psychological support, prevention of violence and early dropout from the system of preschool and school education, as well as in connection with the increase of parental capacity and the desire to build a supportive and stimulating environment for children and students, and the need for qualitative and team cooperation between pedagogical specialists in the educational system and specialists working in social organizations.

The object of research in the report is the relations between educational and social institutions. Pedagogical specialists, resource teachers, speech therapists, psychologists, pedagogical advisors, social workers and educational mediators are included in the survey sample. The main research task is to identify the existing model of interaction and the deficits, to outline future prospects for improving the effectiveness of interaction, as well as to study the attitudes towards the inclusion of social workers in the system of preschool and school education.

The results of the conducted survey reflect certain difficulties in inter-institutional communication, but at the same time provide new guidelines for optimizing the interaction model.
