Abstract:

Visual collaboration applications provide dynamic and interactive platforms that can significantly enhance the delivery and engagement of web seminars in university education. Enhanced by artificial intelligence, these applications improve usability, streamline workflows, and foster a more engaging and productive learning environment. This paper proposes a set of alternative visual collaboration applications, offering a comprehensive comparison across various dimensions, including collaboration features, integrations, ease of use, and ideal use cases for university degree classes.
