Abstract:
Students need to apply the concepts taught in theory in a real business scenario. The idea is to carry out dynamic classroom activities that simulate the activity of an assembly company "Assembly S.A." in which students experience the problems of enterprise management and solve them by applying the theoretical concepts.

This paper is the result of a project that focuses on the generation of dynamic classroom activities in the subject of IndustrialManagement of the Degree in Electrical Engineering, based on the simulation of an assembly company "Assembly S.A.". In order to do this, the flipped teaching methodology is necessary, so that the maximum amount of classroom time can be used to manage a company that assembles plugs. In addition, it will also allow the application of case-based learning and experiential learning methodology.

Active learning methodologies have become key tools to respond to the new needs of the working environment derived from the changes that organizations have undergone towards more collaborative and cooperative work environments. Companies require not only high levels of knowledge, but also adaptability and diversity of skills. This is why the University must take on the challenge not only of training professionals, but also of providing them with a skills profile that goes beyond the conventional.

The subject of Industrial Management of the Degree in Electrical Engineering, is very different from the technical subjects they have seen during the previous courses that students have been studying this degree. Students need to feel, see and experience the theoretical part of how to organize a company. The subject of Industrial Management deals with very different concepts to those seen previously in the degree, with the exception of the subject of Business and Economics. The subject of IndustrialManagement, if you don't experience it, you don't understand it.

My concern to respond to this need as a teacher is what motivates me to start designing some dynamic learning activities and to start a new path towards the incorporation of more active methodologies focused on the student, leaving behind the traditional methodologies focused on the teacher.
