Abstract:
Modern economic conditions impose ever higher demands on the specialist. For this reason, new tasks are set before the education system. One of these tasks is the formation of the value system of higher school graduates. Therefore the process of teaching students at university should include value development.

In the article in the analysis of the Russian axiological phraseological units value dominants in the Russian linguoculture are determined. The value dualism of the Russian mentality is revealed, that is one of the reasons for the change of the axiological status of phraseological units at various stages of society development.

The phraseology of the language reflects both conventional values and anti-values, and the national image of the world. The national image of the world of the Russian people implies that Russia is a country of unlimited opportunities with special strong spirit of the people. Familiarization with the linguistic and cultural aspect of Russian phraseology as well as with the peculiarities of the Russian mentality will enable students to give priority to genuine human values (motherland, patriotism, work, family, justice).

The formation of the system of values of future specialists becomes an indispensable component of the educational process at university, which includes presentation, comprehension, acceptance, realization, consolidation, ideologization of values and value orientations. A young specialist, who went through all the stages of value development process at university, is assumed to be able to adapt more easily to the values of the corporate environment that are imposed on the basic picture of the world of the company's employees, and afterwards become an integral part of it. It is the value picture of the world of the employees that is considered to be the main element in creating an effective corporate environment.
