Abstract:
This article focuses on the application of interactive methods of teaching of humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines of undergraduate and graduate programs in higher education. Through interactive methods students master the following knowledge, qualifications, skills and abilities: development of critical thinking, reflective abilities; analysis and evaluation of their ideas and actions; independent formation of new knowledge; the ability to make a decision.
As is known, the theoretical material is assimilated by students more effectively in the process of their participation in business games, case study, video cases, desktop and e-business simulations, e-learning programs, trainings.
Overview of interactive teaching methods and educational technologies, and the opportunities and practical significance of the use of these methods in the system of higher education are the subject of this article.
Business game is a modeling tool of various conditions of professional activity through the search of new ways of its implementation. Business game simulates various aspects of human activity and social interaction. The game also is a method of effective training, because it eliminates the contradiction between the abstract nature of the subject and the real nature of the professional activity.
In this study, a comparative analysis of different types of games is done. They may be different in methods of carrying out and set goals: teaching and management games, role playing, problem-oriented, organizational-activity games and others.
In addition, the authors of the article pay considerable attention to analyzing the practical use of the case study method, consisting of specially prepared training materials and technologies of their use in the educational process: brainstorming, modeling, system analysis, problem method.
The article analyzes the experience of using interactive teaching methods in higher education.Keywords:
