This is to design training strategies, therefore it has been applied a measurement instrument consisting of a questionnaire of 70 questions developed based on seven dimensions of technological competencies according to the proposal of ICT competency standards of the Ministerio de Educación de Chile (2006). This proposal considers 5 dimensions: Technical; Pedagogical; Managerial and Organizational Aspects of School; Social, Ethical and Legal Aspects; as well as Professional Development. Two more dimensions were added to these communication aspects along with new tools and implementation aspects of ICT in ITSPV, that were considered important in order to obtain data on technological skills.
