Abstract:
Tai Chi practice is based upon a theory stating that continuous training helps training body on quick response in the case of a crisis. Since movements concentrate on complete relaxation and negative concentration, so it can be called "mediation during movement" which is said that it is a treatment for nervous system, gentle and agility movements with deep respiration types which reduce both of blood pressure and pulse speed.

Chi Tai movements are designed to improve physical and spiritual aspects. They improve body's consciousness and ability and work on their coordination to achieve internal peace for the practioner to make him reaches the possible highest degrees.

Creative dance - as one of motor expression types – is considered new development of an ancient art arising within dance showing the audience his doubts using the body as a tool and movement as an organized method to communicate thoughts, beside it provides an opportunity for physical, affect ional and mental development because it uses mind, body and sensories during dance.

Because every sport activity has special requirements in building sport personality and in order to success in a specific sport activity, there must be specific personality traits. Sport individual who lacks positive psychological traits – whatever his physical and technical abilities and responsibilities, can't reach the highest level, because these traits influence personality level directly.

From previous mentioned, the researcher conducted this study in an attempt to recognize the effect of using ground Tai Chi practices on some psychological variables and some physical abilities in modern creative dance for female students at faculty of physical education – Beni Suef University in her attempt to raise physical properties and psychological aspects for female students (the research sample) at faculty of physical education.

The researcher used the experimental method by designing pre- post measurements for a single experimental group. The research sample included (20) of second female graders. The researcher used the scale of (self-confidence – psychological alienation) and tests to measure the level of some physiological properties (balance – agility – muscular capacity) for female students (the research sample) at faculty of physical education.

The most important results were that using ground Tai Chi practices have a positive effect in reducing the level of self-confidence – psychological alienation as well as improvement in balance and agility level and there is no improvement in the level of muscular capacity for female students at faculty of physical education – Beni Suef University.
