Abstract:
The present research is a survey study carried out on the international students at Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, KSA. A designed questionnaire was collected from 129 students consisting of 35-item and open-ended questions administered to determine the level of students’ satisfaction with the university life, which includes four different dimensions of satisfaction (satisfaction with study, satisfaction with the conditions of the academic program, satisfaction with social/economic conditions and satisfaction with the supporting service environment). The data were captured and analyzed using SPPS.

The study results indicated that the second domain related to satisfaction with the conditions of the academic program gained the highest international students’ satisfaction (M=3.46), followed by the first domain related to satisfaction with study (M=3.45). However, satisfaction with the supporting service environment gained the lowest level of the international students’ satisfaction (3.13). Moreover, female students have shown a higher level of satisfaction with the first and second domain. Also, African students have shown a higher level of satisfaction with the fourth domain.

Based on the obtained results, certain suggestions were presented to decision makers to improve the level of satisfaction among the international students.
