FIRST YEAR OF THE DEGREE IN MARKETING AND MARKET RESEARCH: INTERNAL EVALUATION

The new studies degree system started last year in the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Granada. Obviously it is necesary to know the preliminary results. The University of Granada has different Internal Commissions of Quality Guarantee; one of these is for Degree in Marketing and Market Research. This Commission is responsible to look for evidences of important items of the Degree and makes a sumary of evolution of the academic year. In this paper we present the items that the University of Granada considers more relevant based on the experiences of Internal Commissions of Quality Guarantee for last years.

The most important items to be considered in the Annual Inform involves teaching evaluation, structure teaching program, human resources, academic staff, laboratories, workshops, library, teaching-learning process and general results. This kind of studies results very useful for University, for academic staff, and for the government. Although the main inconveniences of these studies are to get the information, work properly with data, academic staff, services academic, surveys, etc.
