Abstract:
This paper describes a kind of research in the field of information systems, more specifically, in knowledge transfer in the pharmaceutical companies, the main question of this study is: How knowledge transfers effect innovation in pharmaceutical industries in Jordan. The study aims to build and test a model of knowledge transfer, and innovation, specifically in the Jordanian pharmaceutical industry, explaining the relationship between KT and organizational reflection, dialogue, double loop learning as a techniques to KT, in order to know the impact of knowledge transfer on innovation within the Jordan pharmaceutical firms for being a different geographical, and organizational dispersion, in an attempt to know its effect on increasing innovation in this sector, for the purpose of reaching competitive advantage.
