Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the parent’s role in education and learning and its contribution to their children's school superiority through studying different aspects of education and learning as well as the study of children’ school superiority including (instilling interest of science and make them feeling responsible, scheduling and organizing the daily children’s tasks, providing children’s needs and requirements, dealing gently with their children and solving children’s mistakes wisely). Furthermore, the study takes into account additional interesting areas which might have some influences to the study such as housing location and the family size, level of parents’ education and job along with the total monthly income of the family.

It is worth noting that the research has been applied on 200 families living in Riyadh (the capital city of Saudi Arabia). The study had implemented with some scurvy forms focusing on different pillars as follows:

1. Form of the preliminary information about the family, which materially serves the research’s objective in several areas such as family’s standard of living, size of the family, parents’ educational level job and monthly income of the parents.
2. Form of questionnaires about parents’ educational and learning role. This form consists of 100 statements measuring the four parts of seeding passion of science and make them in charge, scheduling and organizing the daily children’s tasks, providing children’s needs and requirements, well dealing with their children and tackling their children’s mistake on a prudent way)
3. Form of questionnaire in relation to children's school superiority, which includes 45 queries measuring the characteristics of the children’s school superiority.

Consequently, the research illustrates a positive correlation between the role of parents in education and learning in tandem with the school superiority of relevant children at a level of (0,001). As to housing location and family size, the study shows that the there was no significant difference in terms of positive or negative attribution towards the role of parents in education and the school superiority of their children. However, there was a discrepancy between the parents’ role in education and learning in various aspects and the school superiority of children in accordance with parents' education at a level of (0.001). Moreover, there was statistically variance between the role of parents in education and learning and the school superiority of children in respect with parents’ type of job and position at a level (0.01). Regarding the family’s income, there was statistically difference between the study sample between the role of parents in education and learning and the school superiority of their children at a level (0.01).
