THE KNOWLEDGE OF EDUCATIONAL USE FOR THE SCIENTIFIC TOOLS PROVIDED BY WEB2 AT THE NORTH OF RIYADH SECONDARY SCHOOLS

             Abstract:
This exploratory study investigates the potential of Web technology as a tool for teaching and learning at the high school level. It aimed to determine the knowledge of educational use for the scientific tools provided by web2 at  the North of Riyadh secondary schools  and provide a proposal  for effective use of these tools. The descriptive approach was implemented based on content analysis.  The study sample contended of 51 teachers in the scientific subjects randomly selected, where the descriptive methodology based on Questionnaire was used as a tool of study. 
The following are the most important  results: 
•	There is high awareness of the scientific characteristics of the material parameters and the importance of the Web 2 in education and teaching problems .
•	The most important difficulties faced by teachers in their application is the lack of training to activate the use of  Web 2 tools  in education and the large burden of teaching.
•	The most prominent manifestations of the use of  YouTube where rates were the parameters used by 88.2%, followed by Flicker by 37.3% 
•	There is no statistically significant differences when each of the variable type of school, experience, and specialization, while no statistically significant differences when a variable degree of internet use, for the benefit of the large degree of use. 
 The plan proposed for the effective use of Web tools tickle the second in the teaching of science subjects at the secondary level based on the results of previous studies and the present study. 
Recommendations
Encourage teachers to use the Web tools in the education of students second and the allocation of rewards for it.
- preparation of training program on how to activate the educational use of the Web 2 tools.
- Preparation of site affiliated with the Ministry of Education definition of the Second World Wide Web tools and methods used and activated in education
- to conduct more studies on best practices on the  use of Web tools for the secondary education.Keywords:
