Abstract:
This research aims to identify the degree to which students of Islamic education courses use social networks, and to identify the obstacles to their use from their point of view. The members of the study consist of all female students enrolled in these courses and their number is (136) students. The descriptive survey method will be used to suit the objectives of the study. The questionnaire tool will be used to collect data from the students of the study sample, which consists of two axes: Different social communication, and the second axis: obstacles to students' use of social networks from their point of view, and the five-point gradient will be used in this questionnaire.

The study problem:
The currency of social communication has become one of the important and influential means in the world, especially in the field of education, as there are many benefits that can be achieved by integrating social networks in the educational process, including communication and interaction between learners, and the ease and speed of communication with the teacher by asking questions or messaging or chatting.

Research questions:
The study will attempt to answer the following questions:
1- What is the degree to which female students of Islamic education courses use social networks from their point of view?
2- What are the obstacles to the use of social networks by students of Islamic education courses from their point of view?
3- Are there statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the viewpoints of students of Islamic education courses in the use of social networks from their point of view, according to the course level variable?
4- Are there statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the viewpoints of students of Islamic education courses regarding the obstacles to using social networks from their point of view, depending on the course level variable?

Research importance:
The need for innovation and development in teaching strategies. Providing a knowledge base that can be a starting point for teachers regarding the degree of students' use of e-learning services. Directing the attention of educators to discover learning environments based on the Internet and related educational sites, improving the performance of course students by developing their educational practice from the traditional system to the e-learning system.
