Abstract:
Education in a second language or a foreign language is a challenge to students who are studying in such a language. A psychological and educational view of the students who are studying reveals that the education in the target language has advantages and disadvantages. For instance, the relationship between teachers and students is a main factor in learning the target language. A study was conducted concerning Saudi students. A questionnaire from Saudi schools and institutions was conducted.

We need to understand that the suitable educational system of our students in order for them to succeed and surpass their rival mates in other countries and nations. The study shows the students’ desire and attitude inside the class through cultural views. It also shows the students’ attitude towards English language in Saudi Arabia. The study was conducted in Al-Jouf institutions. It was conducted based on the students’ culture, background, personalities and language attitudes.
