Abstract:
This study aimed at identifying the level of psychosocial support provided for mothers of Syrian children refugees with disabilities in Jordan and its relation to the mother's age, educational level, social status, and child disability's variables. The study sample included 150 mothers of children with disabilities. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a scale contains (24) items, which was applied after extracting validity and reliability indicators. The results showed that the level of psychosocial support provided for mothers of Syrian children refugees with disabilities was average in general. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the level of support based on the educational level and the social status of the mother. Finally, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of support based on mothers' age and child disability variables.
