Abstract:
All organizations require constant change and innovation for improvement. Educational changes are often perceived as being so problematic, that is, it is not the nature of the change itself but the nature of the knowledge, skills and attitudes of those involved and the way that these are expressed in action. Educational reforms involve many aspects like human resources, teaching method, finance and lost potential. Change and innovation are hard and long-term processes. Any progress in history is the result of change and innovation. In Saudi Arabia there are many changes that support innovation in e-learning and in education in general.
