Abstract:
One of the features of modern trends in the field of personnel management is the increasing role of self-education and development of professional competencies. The development of these competences is one of the reasons that affect the level of staff motivation, ability of personnel to perform professional functions with high efficiency. Competence development is a process of acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills for successful performance of professional functions. This process is a purposeful activity of an employee in acquiring the necessary competencies in accordance with the currently presented requirements. Modern conditions urgently require creating a system model for the programmatic development of the professional competence of personnel of organizations on the basis of self-learning and other learning technologies. The purpose of the article is to identify opportunities for improving the technologies for self-training of enterprise's personnel on the basis of modern information training programs for the development of professional competencies. In particular, the issues of improving the professional level of personnel to ensure the rhythm of business processes and equalize load of client flow are considered. The methodological basis of this research is based on the theory of thought activity, the theory of self-learning organization, and on the professional standards of educational activity.
The methodology of the study provides:
1) identification of opportunities to improve the existing educational system of staff development;
2) consideration of the possibilities of organizing an adaptive educational system on the basis of information training programs for self-training of personnel;
3) taking into account the features of the motivational development of the professional competence of employees.
In our research, we used such information programs for the development of staff competencies, such as: "Exiland Assistant Enterprise", "StaffManager-5", "EasyClients" and others. In this paper we compare traditional methods of professional development and methods based on the theory of a self-learning organization. The paper proves the importance of the approach of intra-organizational training with the help of the information training programs with an emphasis on the possibility of self-education directly at workplaces. It is shown that the effectiveness of training activity depends not so much on the accumulation and use of already found methods of pedagogical influence, but rather on developing the skills of employees of enterprises to solve the emerging issues independently, and on the ability of the personnel to learn independently, including from their own experience. The experience of using the developed training mechanism in the companies "Magistralstroy" and "Dreams Come True" has shown its prospects in the system of continuous education.Keywords:
