Abstract:
Blended learning has been defined as the combination of face to face and online learning
It is believed that it is a learning/teaching system that takes the best aspects of
eLearning and traditional classroom teaching. The concept of blended learning is that learning is not just a one-time event. It is a continuous process
Although blending faces many challenges but it provides various benefits over using any single learning delivery medium alone. This paper presents an overview of the experience of Saudi Ministry of higher education in E-Learning.
The purpose of this paper is to propose a kind of blend which uses a special kind of technology and could be more useful than any other form. Method of application, the proposed project requirements and advantages will be discussed in details. The question “why Great Britain is specifically chosen to cooperate with in applying the proposed blend? is to be answered.
