Abstract:
E-learning is one of the most important elements that support the educational process in the higher education system therefore; prestigious and even new universities are very keen to apply.
The idea of this paper is launched in terms of forward-looking to the future of e-learning and quality in e-learning programs in Saudi newly universities. E-learning is considered for the newly universities as an important instrument for the development of its educational system and the achievements of their goals. So newly universities initiate and establish e-learning deanships and its centers which are provided with necessary material and human resources without paying attention to quality requirements.
This paper discusses the issue of e-learning quality and their requirements and their importance. The study concludes that there are seven important areas that should be implemented by the newly Saudi universities in order to achieve educational quality.
